Eterm is broken
A couple of libraries were not detected as a dependency of Eterm. These libraries are libttf.so.2 and libintl.so.2. I had to obtain these libraries elsewhere for Eterm to run. This seems like a recent problem.

File a bug report - it's the only way you can be sure the devs will see it.
