Since a recent update, I've been having problems with Flash in Firefox. Initially, I was just getting constant warnings that my Flash plugin was out of date. Now, as of today, Flash is constantly crashing. Everything's up to date.

What do you need flash for?
Have you tried disabling all plugins?

I did try removing pluginreg.dat earlier...Didn't seem to make a difference...This is what I get when Flash crashes...
[xcb] Unknown sequence number while processing queue
[xcb] Most likely this is a multi-threaded client and XInitThreads has not been called
[xcb] Aborting, sorry about that.

It may sound silly, but have you since tried a system update and restart of the browser? A couple days ago I had a lot of issues with firefox complaining about flash and blocking all flash content due to the flash player being outdated.
I ran a full update and saw flashplugin was upgraded (to 11.2.202.442-1), but still got the errors until I restarted firefox. This struck me as quite odd as firefox hadn't been updated in any of the intervening time - but my only suspicion is that firefox started requiring a newer version of flashplugin which took a little longer to get to the repos and/or my mirror so the two were out of sync. Of course I could be crazy too - it's hard to interpret such an isolated incident.

Yeah...I've updated and restarted the browser a few times since it started. Nothing I've tried, including advice from here, seems to be working. Even when Flash isn't giving me warnings and being blocked, it's crashing.

Do you have hardware acceleration enabled? it tends to give problems, try to disable it

Okay...That seems to have done the trick. I noticed yesterday that I stopped getting the other errors and everything was just crashing. So, I guess my problem is solved.
Thanks, everybody.
