Pterosaur - Edit Firefox text in real vim without opening a new window

I've finally made Pterosaur into an actual Firefox plugin. It will edit all your textareas, inputs, codemirror, etc in place, so everything looks normal and most page javascript works... but your keys will be routed through an actual vim process, giving you complete vim funcitonality, including all your vim plugins.

Only text editing is affected by Pterosaur, but it interacts nicely with Pentadactyl/Vimperator if you want to vimify your whole browser.

Check it out at http://github.com/ardagnir/pterosaur

(Note that the "gvim" pacman package includes a terminal vim that meets Pterosaur's "vim with +clientserver" requirement.)

Re: Pterosaur - Edit Firefox text in real vim without opening a new window

I am using it to write this text.  I love the idea, but unfortunately it seems a bit slow.  Do you think this could be improved?

Edit: It's not that bad, but I like lightning fast software.  Anyway, good job with this!
