Plugins Menu in Gwenview empty

I am on plasma5 desktop with Gwenview and Kipi-plugins and libkipi installed.
The Plugins menu in Gwenview is empty.

Unfortuantely, I just noticed this after a 2/13 'sudo pacan -Syu' and do not know when the problem was introduced.

Are their workarounds?

Versions:
local/kipi-plugins 4.7.0-1
local/libkipi 14.12.2-1
local/gwenview 14.12.2-1

kipi plugins still uses kde4, so it doesn't work with the KF5 gwenview. You can try some alternatives like showfoto.

Re: Plugins Menu in Gwenview empty

arojas, thank you.
Something that will be resolved with a bit of time.

For the record, the plugin I wanted was a batch upload to picasaweb.  So, digikam instead of showfoto is the tool to use.
