Google Earth Pro is now available for free[1][2] so I'd like to submit a PKGBUILD request if anyone has time to work on one or if it's even possible on Linux right now.
Looks like the source is a .bin file[3] and might depend on LSB 4[4].
I've been playing with launching it, but it looks like the source link[5] is actually for Google Earth, not Google Earth Pro, unless there's another source somewhere I'm not aware of.
