I'm getting an odd kernel panic booting from the live USB on my desktop. An possibly typoed version (I'm manually typing this) is as follows:
PANIC: double fault, error_code: 0x0
Kernel panic - not syncing: Machine halted.

The hardware is a MBR-booting Core 2 6600 with an AMD HD 2400 GPU.
The same USB does work on a Microsoft Surface Pro, so I'm pretty sure it's not a USB fault.
That system is GPT-booting i5-3317U with integrated graphics.
