Latest KDE kmail system logs my system into my server with incorrect POP account called APOP, thus , log-in fails.
My server cannot respond since it is looking for POP3.
Is there a solution for this discrepant condition? Cannot receive e-mail but can send e-mail by SMTP, another e-mail system for outgoing mail.

Is it possible to revert back to the previous KDE version of kmail and kdepim as separate units since kdepim has both in this 3.5 release?
