Proprietary modules config not found afer localmodconfig

Hi, I was previously using haswell-ck from repo-ck and that has worked fine. I've decided to try linux-ck from the aur to put in some more patches and change some options. However, in the

Running Steven Rostedt's make localmodconfig now

step, it says:

using config: '.config'
nvidia config not found!!
wl config not found!!

Am I supposed to install the other proprietary packages first? Is it a harmless warning?

Also, can someone explain why nvidia-ck is an optional dependency for linux-ck but not broadwell-wl-ck?

EDIT: found a related thread: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions … rs-948181/
Not sure if this holds true but it seems to be harmless...
