[SOLVED]suddenly video playback in youtube(and similar sites) playing

in fast mode, and with no sound at all.
i didn't change anything as far as i know, in my system, except from updating it from time to time(my system is up to date).
the problem occurres in firefox and chrome.
there is no problem with the sound and video, if i play a video in vlc(it plays well).
i tried to restart the computer, and the problem still exist.
i don't know what to do.

problem solved.
i went to settings -> sound (in gnome).
the output was changed to something else(don't know why), so i changed it to: line out - built-in audio, and now everything working :-)
