Yes, the file is missing.
Anyone else with this issue?
I filed a bug report:
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/44360
Downgrading helps.

I am getting the same thing, seems the update moved /usr/lib/postfix/postfix-script to usr/lib/postfix/bin/postfix-script
Downgrading fixes it, but its not a "fix"
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/44354 is the bug report but its closed, "works for me" is the reason.
As the comment states we need to update our config files.
Since there is a new config file, makes sense, and as usual for me I requested repoen like an idiot. Sigh.
update your main.cf in /etc/postfix/ there will be a pacnew.
What you want to do is change daemon_directory from usr/lib/postfix to usr/lib/postfix/bin this will fix it.
