After a recent system update, my laptop (Thinkpad t400s, quite old) is no longer powering off when hibernate (suspend to disk) command is issued. Everything seems to work though, except that instead of powering off the power LED starts to blink and I have to hold the power button to turn it off. When I turn it back on, the system resumes normally withought problems. I am using GNOME, and hibernate worked perfectly before this system update. I would really appreciate help on this, as I hibernate my laptop often and this is really annoying.
linux 3.19.2-1
gnome-shell 3.14.3-2
Update: It looks like the issue has been resolved in a more recent update.
