Kworker and few another process.[solved]

Hello,

For
some days i starting seeing in my conky process named "kworker" and
when i take a look of "ps aux" there its alot of that process but with
diffrend numbers near kworker name, what that mean ? Its bad, i need to
fix this ?

(this question is not about kernel and hardware so much but dont wanna
making new topic)
process is gnome-pty-helper - this is useless im right ? How
to delete his too ?
another process what im found and i dont know this isnt useless there is:
kthreadd
ksoftirqd/0 << -- I have a few of that process but with another numbers like kworker
rcu_preempt
rcu_sched
rcu_bh
This process fine or not ?

Okay so i hope for help in kworker, gnome-pty, and with rest of process what i write here, greetings.

As far as I know: kworker, kthreadd and ksoftirqd are kernel threads and you don't have to worry about them.
Those processes are doing things for kernel - they are not run from user-space.
