[SOLVED] pacman problem (it was just a bad pacman.conf left)

Hi everyone
My system crashed : hardware failure, it happens sometimes.

After that, Firefox wouldn't launch. It missed some library : libuuid.so...
So I tried to update everything :

# pacman -Syyu
[...]
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: gptfdisk: requires libuuid.so=1-64
# pacman -Qi libutil-linux

-> provides libuuid.so=1-64

Is there a proper way to install this library, so I can later use pacman to update ?

Thank you.

Ok, my apologies, guys.
I had left a wrong architecture in pacman.conf.
I feel I have a hat in my hand.

In my defence, a similar hardware crash had similarly broken Arch and pacman, seemingly beyond repair, in another installation.
