Wifi dropping sometimes (RTL8723BE)

I recently switched hard drive for an old ssd with my arch install. Surprisingly everything worked fine. Except my wifi drops sometimes. I saw the entry for my card in the wiki and tried to do what's suggested but it didn't change anything.
