notebook turns on twice after shutdown

Hello,
I have Dell Inspiron notebook and every time I shut it down it turns itself on automatically - exactly twice. It happens regardless of the way I shutdown the computer: power button, gnome 3 shutdown button, shutdown now, poweroff.

After the first boot, the computer boots once more even if I shut it down from grub (using 'halt' command from console).

I vaguely remember this not happening long time ago with different kernel version (I let my family member use the computer and I haven't seen it since).
