You'll need to tell something about your setup, and jack configuration.

Not trying to be rude, but you could've done bit of reading before asking this question (arch wiki would be a good start). The error message clearly states that your jack configuration is insane and asks you to fix it. If you don't know how, you obviously haven't even tried.
If you can't get it to work, you need to provide your jack configuration and some basic information about your audio setup wouldn't hurt.
However, if you really don't care about/need jack server with your audio production, you should be able to use most audio applications without it using bare ALSA. I don't know if ardour or hydrogen specifically need jack server in order to run though.

To be fair, JACK article on arch wiki doesn't go much into detail about the configuration options and only talks about using jack_control tool for configuration. Pro audio article explains things a bit further, and also mentions starting jack with /usr/bin/jackd which is much simpler that jack_connect imho.
If ardour can't run without jack server, I'd imagine you could do jack configuration from somewhere in ardour settings also. There's also qjackctl which is probably the best gui around for managing jack.
No matter how you start it, we still need to at least know your jack configuration in order to help with any errors.
