Just to be clear here - you looked at the Arch wiki only? Nowhere else?
There's nothing Arch-specific about irssi with tor, you know. Find the right way yourself, then be a good Archer and update the wiki.

So if somebody can help me with set up irssi for tor i will be very glad for that.

Last I tried this (in 2014) I couldn't get cap-sasl.pl (needed for SASL auth, which Tor in turn needs) working in irssi. However I've noticed the AUR package and comments have since been updated.

PS: You'll have to put in effort yourself, we won't hold your hand here. Of course, feel free to mention specific questions or particular errors on the wiki.

but arch-wiki says:
cap_sasl.pl is broken with perl 5.20; SSL does also not work with torsocks

I added that template because I couldn't get it working back then. I might try again and if succesful, update the wiki, but this is very low on my priority list.
Until then, you're welcome to contribute as @tomk said.

cap_sasl works fine with irssi. No idea about Tor, though.
