Two new wiki pages: PacmanFAQ and rc.conf

From the beginning since i started with arch i've needed something like this: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PacmanFAQ
I also see a lot of people on #archlinux wondering about the same things..
so fill it up! smile

also, since everything is gathered in the rc.conf file, iv'e never learned how and what the vars really mean or how one would set it manually without the vars doing it for you on bootup so a more indepth explanation would be helpful, atleast for me smile I guess some of you might think it's a bit overkill to have everything explained inside the rc.conf but i think it would be great for newbies atleast smile But feel free to do whatever you want with the appearance of the page:

http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Rc.conf
