Soundcard now MONO in Pulse

I noticed that my sound-card, which used to have two channels, now only shows one. Not too big of a deal since it's a laptop, but it used to work. How can I go about troubleshooting?

FIrst of all, you guys are really amazing. I posted a bunch of different errors and almost all got resolved. I feel confident there's someone on this forum who can help resolve this, too. Don't worry, not bumping. During some other troubleshooting I noticed some pulse-related errors that might help somebody figure out why my stereo dropped to mono:

During boot:
