Internal microphone not working after removing Unity

Hello,
recently I've removed Unity (installed from Unity-for-Arch repo) and decided to switch to Gnome. I manager to do that succesfully by replacing *-ubuntu packages and then installing gnome. Everything seemed to work fine until I decided to use Skype.
It turned out that my internal microphone is not working. The bar in pavucontrol is not moving at all, even if I shout at my laptop. External microphone works fine.
I would be grateful for any help.
