My last laptop developed a hardware fault, so I bought this one to replace it. I simply rsynced my old /root to the new drive, installed GRUB and re-generated the initial ram disk. I then did a pacman -Syu to make sure everything is up to date. The new laptop is taking significantly longer to boot. Running systemd-analyze blame shows the culprits to be:
47.824s syslog-ng.service
36.132s psd.serviceAny ideas as to why syslog is taking so long?
