Latest nvidia drive upgrade crashes gnome-shell

Hi,

After latest nvidia upgrade:

gnome-shell does not start anymore, downgrading nvidia fixes the problem. Anyone encountered the same problem? If yes, is there another fix?

I have the same problem.  GDM crashes too.  Im just using AwesomeWM until its fixed.

Same here. Seems to affect gdm/gnome shell, lightdm/xfce is working here. Is there an official bugreport?

Updating the intel-ucode solved the issue for me. (extra/nvidia 349.16-1)
