When I first installed Arch, my built-in speakers didn't work but when I plugged some earphones into the audio jack, they did. Now, after trying to fix the built-in speakers, neither of them work. I will be sure to check back as often as I can to provide any additional information and answer any questions I can.

Weird, there should be a Master entry. Possibly a wrong default setting is chosen. Try adding this content to a file named .asoundrc in your ~ directory:
pcm.!default {
type hw
card 1
}
ctl.!default {
type hw
card 1
}

Not sure at all, but it looks to me like the Master might be set to mute now as it is followed by a '0.'

Thanks for noticing, just fixed that.
Actually the output you posted appears pretty reasonable and don't worry, the 0 does not indicate a muted output. (Both Headphone and Speaker are marked as "on".)
Is it still not working? What happens when you try to play some music? Have you already tried adjusting the settings using the command "alsamixer"?

Yes, nothing is working. In alsamixer I have turned the volume up on everything. I believe that it was a couple days ago when I started to hear an error noise when I tried to close a console window that was currently running an application, but I think it was because the 'beep' section of alsamixer was turned all the way down. I can't figure out how to post an image in the forum, but if you could tell me how I would be more than happy to post the output of alsamixer.

UPDATE: Just fixed my sound. In alsamixer, Auto-Mute Mode was on. After turning it off, sound from youtube videos and the like worked.
