Hello Folks,
with upgrade to Linux 4.0.x my battery is not recognized any more.
I use an Lenovo Ideapad 530U touch.
upower -i /org/freedesktop/UPower/devices/battery_BAT0 sometimes gives:
native-path: (null)
power supply: no
updated: Do 01 Jan 1970 01:00:00 CET (1431175805 seconds ago)
has history: no
has statistics: no
unknown
warning-level: unknown
icon-name: '(null)'and sometimes it just hangs and prints nothing.
Whenever I (un)plug battery I get following in dmesg:
[ 448.752686] atkbd serio0: Unknown key pressed (translated set 2, code 0xf1 on isa0060/serio0).
[ 448.752696] atkbd serio0: Use 'setkeycodes e071 <keycode>' to make it known.
[ 448.767704] atkbd serio0: Unknown key released (translated set 2, code 0xf1 on isa0060/serio0).
[ 448.767711] atkbd serio0: Use 'setkeycodes e071 <keycode>' to make it known.Does anybody know what to do?

Your issue sounds similar to this - no solution yet:

I can get battery detected consistently with the LTS kernel, but not 4.0

Thanks for your reply.
However, after some monitoring I realized, that my battery is recognized. But on (un)plugging I have a huge delay till the new battery state will be recognized (5 - 30 sec.).
