how to install oracle 11g enterprise edition in arch?
Offline
Have you tried https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/oracle/ ?
No idea if it's the enterprise version or not.

Enterprise edition isn't free. It's almost 1000 dollars to install. The regular edition should be fine if you're using it to create a local db for development.
Oracle is kind of a bear to configure on alot of systems. Installing it is one thing, but hooking it up to your dev env is a beast.
Plus the one in the AUR linked above is R1 which had some security flaws.
What do you plan on using it for?

For an enterprise application(work), personal? I'm asking because there are options for you depending on the circumstances.

Ah, ok then you probably just need a default setup. I asked because companies usually give you VMs to work with and their setups can be complex.
I would go the Docker + Oracle 11g image.
and
https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/alexe … ockerfile/
These images give you a quick container with oracle running in it just waiting for your application to connect. It gives you default settings.

According to the wiki, the dutch wiki article is up to date on installing Oracle 11g. You can get quite far with a translation service (there are a lot of english terms in the dutch article, so navigation is rather easy).
