Thinkpad T410 touchpad's buttons stop working on startup

I'm using SLiM+LXDE on my T410. Everything was working fine some time ago, but at some moment I met this issue: when lxde starts up but haven't completed loading of some progams yet (skype, dropbox etc.) all touchpad's buttons are working well. But a few seconds later they stop working: any button clicking either does nothing, or it just repeats the last succeeded action (for example, minimizes\maximizes a window or drops down a menu), while keyboard (typing) as well as touchpad itself (pointer moving) are still working well. I restore the problem by switching to another tty and back (ctrl+alt+f1..f6, f8, then back to vt7).
I tried following :
1. disabling autoloading progams;
2. change my desktop environment to lxqt and xfce4;
3. disabling slim, start X from command line;
- in all these situations I met same problem.
4. xev shows during the issue either no button clicks at all or only of some buttons (i.e. 1 and 2  or 1 and 3).
5. simple logout\login doesn't cause the problem. It occures on startup only.

I believe, it seems to be caused by xorg, supposedly, by system update (pacman -Syyu) some time ago.

here is my log:

522s - switching VT to restore

my /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-synaptics.conf (never edited manually):
