Hi all,
A very trivial bug/issue, but thought I'd still report it to make sure I'm not the only one.
So whenever I attempt to restart/shutdown my system through the Gnome Menu -> Power Button -> Restart, the system pauses for 5 seconds before actually issuing the reboot command. I did a little debugging, and found that Gnome session inserts a systemd-inhibit inhibitor with the message "Preparing to end session". If I kill -9 this specific inhibitor then the system reboots immediately. To help debug the issue, I had changed the "#InhibitDelayMaxSec=5" in /etc/systemd/logind.conf to "InhibitDelayMaxSec=120".
Anyone know what the purpose of this inhibitor is, and why it doesn't clean up automatically like the other 8 inhibitors? Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
Thanks,
Saad
