[Request] Unreal Engine prepackaged preferrably in [community]

As of version 4.8, Unreal Engine will be stable enough for production use on a Linux host. It's at preview 3 of the 4.8 version currently. However, not only does UE4 require some hoop jumping for Arch Linux, it requires a relatively powerful computer to be compiled on. I have 8 GB of RAM on my PC and trying to compile ue4-git, which is full of errors, managed to grind my computer to a halt with only one other program open. Having used the Windows version of UE4, it apparently requires the installation of its own source code as well. Citing these issues, I feel it to be best for a TU to submit it to [community] as a built package. Other than that, UE4 doesn't need a beefed up PC to build games or to use.

Hardware: Gigabyte X570 AORUS Pro, AMD Ryzen 5900X, Nvidia GTX 1080, 32 GB DDR4 RAM
Choice software: Arch Linux 64-bit with KDE desktop / Windows 11 Home 64-bit

Does the license allow distribution of a binary package? If so, anyone can setup an unofficial repo.

The repository appears to be private, and users need to sign the T&C and EULA to get access to the source code. This, to me, suggests that it's not re-distributable either in source code or binary format (the PKGBUILDs should be fine because they require a github account with access granted by Epic to download the sources). Possibly a TU will approach Epic to see about providing a binary package, but you'd probably be better off asking about this on the AUR-general mailing list.
