Low and lower FPS after time

Hello, I need a help! I installed CS:GO (same prob. with Dota 2 and other games) from Steam on clean Arch install with just proprietary drivers for nvidia card and xfce. All waorked well with my graphics settings. But coiple weeks after this game is freezes each 5-8 seconds, or when I see other players, or when im shoothig or even press mic button. Game wasn`t updated since the install, so something in my system leech resorces and I dont know wthat it can be or maybe something went wrong with driver for my video card. Previously (previous system install) my FPS was downed to 14-24 maximum? then I reinstalled my system as I saide before.

I dont know how to maintance this problem, so ask me for info that you need becase I dont know what you need to.
