Mono sound through HDMI

I recently reinstalled Arch on a desktop with a Nvidia GTX 680. The first time I installed Arch on this computer the sound worked fine after I installed PulseAudio. After reinstalling Arch, I reinstalled PulseAudio (libpulse, lib32-libpulse, pulseaudio, pulseaudio-alsa). In pavucontrol, I have to go the Configuration tab and in the GK104 HDMI Audio Controller section I need to select "Digital Stereo (HDMI 2) Output" whereas previously I used "Digital Stereo (HDMI) Output," which now shows as unplugged.

The sound still works but only through the right speaker. The left speaker of my monitor does not produce any sound, nor does the left part of my headphone (which is connected to the monitor). I executed 'speaker-test -c2' and sound is only produced when it tries Front Right, nothing is audible during the Front Left portion. The left channel worked fine before reinstalling Arch.
