Hi, in some applications I have - in my opinion - a really nice minimize, maximize and close button layout, but in others i do not. As you would could see on the first image, here I have the nice buttons. But on the second image I have the normal buttons. How do I enable the nice buttons all over the system?
Regards
Frederik

I'm not downloading files -- use an image hosting site to generate a thumbnail link.
I like http://postimage.org/
EDIT: Also, please give more information -- which desktop environment or window manager are you using?

Xfce can be customized to look just about however you want, have you done any customizing?
The difference between those images - I suspect - is that the first one is not Xfwm decorations but is gtk3 client-side decorations. Do only gtk3 programs have the buttons you'd prefer?

I have not done any customizing(The only thing I have done is installing a theme), but is it possible to get the layout from the gtk3 programs?

You can't simply select the gtk3 layout as that is specific to gtk3 apps. Other programs will use the Xfwm decorations. You can, however, customize xfwm to look very much like those gtk3 decorations.
