Fn + F? action taken only after pressing Fn again on Toshiba Satellite

Since a while ago, sometimes, when I use one of the key combinations to change brightness (Fn +F6/7) or suspend (Fn + F3) the action does not take place until I press the Fn key alone. Interestingly, the Fn + 3/4 (volume control) work as they should.

I'm not sure which package is responsible for this buggy behaviour and thus don't know where to post a bug report.

I'm using Gnome as my DE with a patched gnome-settings-daemon (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gnom … t-toshiba/).

Can anyone point me to the right place to post a bug in this case?
