Sierra Wireless EM7345 4G LTE disconnect problem (x1 carbon 3rd)

Problem:
EM7345 can connect to 4G LTE but the connection only works for a few seconds (sometimes few minutes) then auto disconnected. Then the device disappear from nm-applet, after some time, it shows again, but re-connect loop the problem described.

Model: Thinkpad X1 Carbon 3rd
OS: Arch
Kernel: 4.0.5-1-ARCH

ModemManager:  1.4.8
Modem: Sierra Wireless EM7345 4G LTE

Any idea on how to troubleshoot this?

For anyone finding this thread in the future, we solved this by updating the card firmware from Fedora with the vendor .rpm, but perhaps this guide can help on arch.
