Arch in VMWare mouse acceleration / sync

Good day, everyone!
Im a newbie in arch, and i hope someone can help me here=)
i've searched this forum and other forums for solutions, but failed at all attempts...

I installed arch in vmware and now mouse acceleration drives me crazy!

i tryed to "xset m ..." it with no effect

by "xinput list" i have found that i use 1 master mouse and 3 slave mouses 0.0
by "xinput list-props..." and "xinput set-prop..." i switched on and off different mouses and have found the mouse that actualy works, but i cant use the solution from arch wiki since that mouse doesnt have Acceleration Profile in its "xinput list-props..."

what can i do to sync arch mouse in vmware with actual phisical mouse of the host system? unfortunately only archlinux has that propblem with vmware, other linux distros i tryed dont have it. but only archlinux takes under 100M of mem for gnome-shell!

i thought the problem might be connected with the drivers used for the mouse, but i dont know how to find out what driver is used and how to switch it to some other.

Thank you for any help=)
