always Bit Rate=1 Mb/s WLAN connection

Hi

I only get "Bit Rate=1 Mb/s" for every WLAN connection I use.
My laptop has a "03:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Centrino Wireless-N 2230 (rev c4)" card and I also tried a USB 3.0 WLAN device.
I can connect to different AP's and the connection always works but I only get Bit Rate=1 Mb/s with both, the internal card and also with the external USB WLAN device!

Linux lois 4.0.5-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat Jun 6 18:37:49 CEST 2015 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Any ideas what can be the problem?
I already played with the iwlwifi module parameters but they don't change anything!
