I think I have the same issue with my Dell XPS 13, Apple Magic Mouse and kernel 4.1.x

It seems that patched kernel for dell (https://aur4.archlinux.org/packages/linux-dell/) is not available anymore...

It would appear that https://aur4.archlinux.org/packages/linux-xps13/ now has all of the patches on one location.
