Unable to change mouse sensetivity

Currently running SDDM into Openbox with Compiz.

I have attempted to use both "xset" and "xinput" to modify sensitivity, acceleration, and things of that nature.
I have run these while attempting to use both libinput as well as evdev

It seems that whatever "settings" the xset/xinput utilities are applying are being applied correctly. (As in I can see them after they're set) But they don't seem to actually take any effect on the pointer itself.

Let me know if there's any logs I can post that can help. I would upload some now, but I can't think of anything relevant.

Using what, the xorg configuration? Is there a way to reload that without restarting?

Well, that's the only one left you haven't tried wink

I think stopping & restarting the X server will be enough.

Since I'm using SDDM (a display manager) would "systemctl restart sddm" get the job dome?

Re: Unable to change mouse sensetivity

I have no idea, I don't use a display manager.
