ata1.00: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x0 action 0x6

Hey,

I have 2 HDDs and I'm trying to put one of them to sleep when I am not using it (it's a spinning disk so the noise is annoying and drains power when on battery..)
I do that with

hdparm -Y /dev/sda

However periodically something turns it on and I have identified it as an event in dmesg:

[ 3167.076431] ata1.00: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x0 action 0x6
[ 3167.076434] ata1.00: waking up from sleep
[ 3167.076437] ata1: hard resetting link
[ 3167.396660] ata1: SATA link up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl 300)
[ 3169.053096] ata1.00: configured for UDMA/100
[ 3169.053113] ata1: EH complete
[ 3767.460103] ata1.00: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x0 action 0x6
[ 3767.460106] ata1.00: waking up from sleep
[ 3767.460110] ata1: hard resetting link
[ 3767.780331] ata1: SATA link up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl 300)
[ 3769.431289] ata1.00: configured for UDMA/100
[ 3769.431301] ata1: EH complete

EDIT:

This seems to be happening every 600 seconds.

Any ideas what is causing this?
