delete the source
Hii, I know its a not so smart question, but I want to be sure
Can I remove the /var/abs/local/xxx after doing the all makepkg?
and is it ok to left there only the kernel26-2.6.16-5.pkg.tar.gz for example?

it's technically safe, once you have a built package, to remove the sources. However, it's handy to keep the PKGBUILD and related files hanging around if you ever need to rebuild the package again.
