Hello all! This is my first attempt at compiling a Linux kernel and also my first attempt at applying a patch. I have included my modified PKGBUILD and the patch from Intel. Things seemed to be going well, but during the compilation I receive the following error, any ideas?

It applied cleanly for me as well, but failed when the makepkg process got to compiling the i915 driver, it gave me that error: drivers/gpu/drm/i915/intel_display.c:5829:11: error: ‘struct drm_i915_private’ has no member named ‘max_cdclk_freq’.
I used https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ke … ild_System as my starting point and added the patch to the PKGBUILD. Is that the proper way to do something like this?

Just tried compiling from source after applying the patch. Same error message. If anyone is familiar with this i915 patch for Broadwell Intel systems, are there more patches than the 0003 patch I referenced above that need to be applied?
