So I have Arch installed (this laptop replaced the 11,2 or 11,3 I had before) and the only thing that I can't seem to get working yet is the WiFi and Bluetooth. Installing broadcom-wl-dkms leaves me with no WiFi at all. If I don't use that, the kernel sees that I have WiFi, although only seems to go with 2GHz and doesn't work over 5GHz.

I have bluetooth working, and broadcom-wl does not work with with the adapter in 11,5. What kind of booting setup are you using. Also can you link to a pastebin of the outputs of lsmod and pacman -Q

I hope it's something simple that I missed! ![]()

I can't see any real difference, my bluetooth worked out of box when I installed. I only have blueman, bluez, bluez-libs, and python2-pybluez installed and my setup is working.

It says no adapters available for me in Plasma/KDE. Very weird.
A bug I noticed and probably keyring related, is that I don't see the prompt for a WiFi password, it actually appears for a split second and then disappears and I have to recreate WiFi connections every time. This was the same on my 11,3 as well, so likely a bug in Plasma as opposed to anything else.
I also noticed that using FN and the down arrow doesn't work as a PGDN anymore. I'll have to look into that as well.

The kernel patch I used worked for that.

Hi Guys,
did you succeed in setting up the wifi? I can't seem to be able to figure it out, would appreciate any hints!
Thanks,
