Arch 0.7.1 FTP install only CD ISO

Hi there

i was sick of downloading the whole base cd when i was going to use FTP install anyway.
So i decided to modify the cd and made a FTP install only cd.
i dont know if someone did it before .. whatever
its nothing big just a really tiny modification in the installer.
but maybe someone is interested

Sounds interesting for the arch64 port. Can u tell us more about the modifications?

I want to make sure I've understood this right... Is it ~12MB only? :shock:

Is that enough to get you to a bootable system with bash + pacman + something to download with?

yes its only about 12 megs
and yes its enough
thats just the standard arch cd without the packages on it and a small modification to the installer script

maybe ill make an image for USB pen drives as well
