I stumbled upon this site about the Bike programming language. One of the images looks to be an adaptation of the Arch Linux logo, without attribution.
As far as I can tell from a quick search, the programming language has no direct relation to Arch Linux as a distribution, and the author has no connection to Arch Linux.
Is the use of this image legit?

To be fair to him it's one of the first images that comes up when you Google "c language logo"; he probably didn't realize it was based on Arch's logo. Not saying that he should've blindly used it, but...
