Hello
I want to install Steam games through Wine on my storage drive. I know that it is possible to go into Steam settings and create new library files but I can't seem to get them on my storage drive. The only ones that appear are C:\, D:\ and Z:\. C is the virtual directory created in Wine and D seems to be in my root partition, because I get a message when trying to create a new library folder in them saying "New Steam library folder can't be drive root". Z is my home partition containing the etc directory and so on.
So my question is, how can I create a library folder on my storage drive and install steam wine games on there?
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: I solved the problem with the help of the steam community. I had to go into winecfg and create a new library folder under the "Drives" tab. I used the path "/run/media/samuel/Games". I then went into Steam settings and under the "Downloads" tab I added the library created in winecfg, which then showed up fine at the installation.
