XGL freezes with busy programs running! [SOLVED]

I made a suid shell script to execute:

schedtool -R -p 1 -n 0 `pidof Xgl`

And I also have jackd/oss2jack with priority 2, now it works perfectly

I tried to change XGL/X priority but it doesn't help (why??), and this can only be stopped by "nice -19 busy_program" (lower than 15).

Does anyone experience the same problem? I'm using nvidia fx5100 and have tried various xgl/x parameters....

(it works perfectly when there is no busy program)
