nautilus-dropbox: couldn't find pygtk

Hi all,
I got this error:

configure: error: couldn't find pygtk

pygtk-2.24.0-5 is installed, all is up to date.
I have installed all dependencies and base-devel as well. Rebooted it and still throwing the same error during checks.

There is an old topic about this from 2011, but I cannot see anything useful in it.
Please advise
