Mouse wheel not working

Already I tested with multiple mice, ncluding the mouse that I use on my desktop, also with Arch. (Almost identical packages/configs)
From where can I start to "debug"?
I'm using the session gdm / Xwayland, but I tested it with simple startx session and does not work either.
