Main screen flickering with multi-monitor

Hello,

I have started using a second monitor with my Thinkpad x250 and I have a small band in the bottom of the main screen always flickering (you know, exactly where you have the last console line :'( )
I can't find any solution to this, and I really don't know how to search (nothing on the forum, the wiki).
I noticed that it flicker only with the 1920x1080 resolution but I can't just work with lower, it's awful on this screen.

Do you have any idea for fixing it?
