ussd-gui, a Qt based GUI for sending ussd codes based on libgammu

Just made the first release of this "ussd-gui"[1][2] project of mine and though of sharing it here in a hope that it will be useful to someone.

The project is a Qt4/Qt5 GUI front end to libgammu[3] and its primary purpose is to send ussd codes since this is the only feature
i wanted to use out of many features supported by libgammu.
