Does have blue pixel in left top corner of arch logo as seen in www browser´s address area any intential purpose? It definitely uglyfies Arch´s nice logo

Yes, it's freaking annoying. I made one with it erased for my site :-P

Annoying? I suppose. Still, better one blue pixel than a whole Blue Screen (tm).
Blue Screen is a trademarked, copyrighted feature of the Macrohard Operating System

Bahaha, there was a question about a company named Macrohard on my economics exam 8)
I can't say I've noticed any blue pixels where they shouldn't be. Exactly where is it?

I'm using 24bit, but it's barely visible here...

I think that little blue dot should be put on every Arch logo, and next version should be called "The Annoying Blue Dot" Periodically move the dot to different location to keep people annoyed version after version

Great idea.
I never saw that dot before, but I have a bad crt, it gets blurred out mostly.
Now I see it too and it'll annoy me .

It doesn't bother me, but that is because I can barely see it. I'm running my 17" CRT at 1152x864, at 1024x768 it is more noticeable however. I guess there are advantages to buying a cheap monitor.
If you zoom in on it, you can see it also has gray pixels surrounding it (as anti-aliasing?), so it must be intentional. Maybe it is supposed to symbolise something.

Zoomed in on it in Xgl, theres no grey pixels here.

I see... blue pixels EVERYWHERE! NOOOOOO!

I can only see one grey pixel there on my monitor, and that's what I think is supposed to be blue.

They are there, although on closer inspection only one is grey the others are bluish grey, they are translucent though so maybe that's why you didn't see them. I did think it was odd when I initially saw it with the Imagezoom extension for Firefox so I double checked with Kview and they are visible but hard to see, I have since checked in the Gimp aswell and they are definately there.
